Joel Engineering has effectively introduced their newly developed Power-Driven Ammi Kal and Aatu Kal for the live kitchen concept at the 5-Star Restaurant facility of Hotel Leela in Hyderabad. Both pieces of equipment were entirely designed and constructed in-house. Power Driven Ammi Kal Introduction Ammi Kal, commonly referred to as Sill Batta in local terminology, is a traditional Indian grinding instrument utilized for the preparation of various food items, including masalas, herbs, and minerals, through a conventional stone grinding technique. This tool enables users to grind ingredients immediately prior to use, thereby preserving optimal freshness and flavour. Additionally, Ammi Kals represent an environmentally sustainable alternative to electric mixers.
